Brooks Frazier has over 26 years experience in the petroleum industry, 16 in international locations with the past 11 focused on the Caspian, Central Asian and Turkish Regions. This experience helps him bridge delicate multi-cultural issues in a politically correct and effective manner. Before starting Caspian Steppes in 1999 he worked in the region as Area Manager for Oiltools (Europe) Ltd., and CIS Product Line Coordinator for Baker Hughes INTEQ. Mr. Frazier has published articles relating to the local business environment and how to do business in the region in several well known magazines, including: "The Oil & Gas Journal" and "International Offshore News". Throughout his career he has worked in Azerbaijan, Ecuador, Germany, Kazakhstan, Peru, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, USA, Uzbekistan and Venezuela.
